In the final part of this workflow a few last enhancements as well as noise reduction are applied. This is an optimized video that should have a reasonable playback experience.

Here is where it comes together. The RGB and L images are blended together. The technique of what to look for is demonstrated. This video has been "optimized" for play back as part of an on-going effort to test better performance. Please let me know if the video still suffers from failures to play.

Dynamic Background Extraction of the RGB and Luminance images. (It is OK to do this after deconvolution in this case.)

A great example of deconvolution demonstrates the PSF script, improving the PSF but then ultimately doing even better with the mathematical PSF. 

Photometic Color Calibration is used on the data with some additional adjustments of Color Match and the minimum filter to help with the out-of-focus red data.

Image Integration of the data requires a thoughtful approach (and rejection choices) when data isn't entirely consistent. A way to navigate this situation is demonstrated.

This section describes some fundamental ideas concerning debayering One Shot Color data, hot pixels and alignment of images. These three topics are inextricably connected- especially when encountering problems that deal with them. 

In this second part of the OSC topic, the steps for treating CFA data are demonstrated. In addition a few other problems arise for which the solutions are instructive as well.

In this lesson concepts concerning the processing of OSC (color filter array) data are presented. There are a few adjustments made in the initial processing of the data. However once the data is calibrated and debayed (de-mosaiced) the processing path merges to the "fundamental" workflow demonstrated in previous lessons.
