WBPP - Registered files

Hi All, just working my way through fundamentals at the moment.
I am up to the WBPP section. i am sure i have done something wrong because once the process finished i can see in my folders for calibrated, cosmetized, ldd+lps, logs, master but no registered files. 
Have i missed a step along the way?

    Well.. you may have added a step. I would not recommend the LDD/LPS bit.
    (in fact, I would consider re-doing without this)
    Did you check (select by checking) the choice for registration?
    Did you see any issues in the real time running log or the summary log you get at the end?
    Did you look at the log file for errors?
