OSC - Dual Band Filters, Oiii channel
I've asked on a PixInsight facebook group but I may have confused some on the terminology of the question, so I'm asking here as it may be more of an intermediate/advanced question. Appreciate any advice/feedback on the below.
I have Ha/Oiii and Sii/Oiii dualband filters on an OSC.
I capture 5hrs on Filter 1, and 5hrs on Filter2.
Oiii is spread across B & G channels, but at 4nm the B is much cleaner than expected (compared to the L Extreme I was using. Before I would delete B and just keep R for Ha or Sii, and G for Oiii)
If I'm keeping B and G from both sets, I now have 4 Oiii images, do I run through Image Integration?
- What are the best settings for just the 4 images
- Would I have 10hrs of Oiii, or 5hrs of the best pixels?
