Histogram Transformation (HT)

I'm having some frustration with HT.  I'm working thru the tutorial on this topic and can't seem to figure out why the parameters from my STF RGB image (happens to also be M13) are not transferring to the HT dialog box.  I move the triangle from the STF image to the HT box and there is no change in the values.  

Can anyone explain what I might be missing?  I've tried clearing both and starting from scratch but I get the same thing.

    There is some confusion going on here. 
    This is the kind of thing where a video showing what you are doing would be helpful. 
    I suspect you might be getting tripped up on whether the STF is updated or not... but I really can't say without seeing what you are doing.

    If you can make a series of screenshots in lieu of video..that might help.

    I think I figured it out.   In the tutorial the luminance values had been changed within STF from the 0.0, 0.5,and 1.0.  In mine they had not been. So in the video the RGB channel values indicated a change.  Whereas in my case they simply stayed the same.  Once I scrolled over to the other channels I could see that there was a change after all.
