No Flats, Is synthetic flats an option (a thing?) or just DBE

A while ago I had taken some data for NGC 2174 and IC443, both of which were suppose to be a part of 2 panel mosaic NB + RGB stars.
Well the session didn't go as planned, which means a No-go on the Mosaic but I can treat each of those targets individually and process them......or so I thought...
To make matters worst, flats for NGC 2174 (Ha & Sii) had condensation which I noticed during Blink'ing a couple of days later. Since then lot of movement which means I cannot redo the flats.
So I have Ha and Sii integrated but without any flats therefore an image with gradients and vignetting.
Are there any techniques to create synthetic flats that can be applied. I'm not sure if I can DBE these, screen shots
