Weird result in WBPP

Hello, 

I have some weird results when using the Auto in images integration in WBPP. All my RGB files come out beautifully but my Lum is complete voice of any details. I have sorted out the issue by choosing Linear fit clipping, but I still wonder what WBPP is doing in Auto to get to this result? 

I figured this was the best place to come for such a question. 

I will add the screenshots of the results (The final result, rejection high, rejection low, Master Dark, Master Bias, Flat Calibrated, and some settings 

Would love to see if anyone here wold know what is going on there.
