Flat frames

I cannot get my flats to subtract properly from my lights.  First I thought the flats were bad so I redid them, twice.  Still not removing the dust motes properly.  I stopped using WBPP and tried making the master flat manually, (without using flat darks), just to see if there was a difference, and then manually stacked them.  Again same.  The flats mostly match the lights but its either over or under subtracting to get the final result.  I have attached my master flat, 3 raw light frames, and what those light frames look like after being calibrated with the flats only and stacked.  I even went so far as to try to use HT to both manually lighten and darken the master flats to see if that would help, but again no.  I just dont know what to do

    Hi Thomas,

I have a few speaking engagements right now...so I will not be able to look at your data.
However, a screenshot of a calibrated image might be helpful. Also, it might be helpful to show your WBPP configuration screens.

Finally, I need to be a little teacher-picky here... Flat Fields are NOT subtracted. The flat field calibration/correction is a division. This is indeed why it is so sensitive to any kind of initial errors.

Perhaps someone else can look at the data...
